What is the correct definition for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs)?

A ‘Mobile Elevating Work Platform’ is a mobile machine which consists as a minimum of a work platform with controls, an extending structure and chassis; that is intended for work at height. Original source of Definition attributed to British Standard BS 8460:2017 Safe use of MEWPs – Code of Practice.
